Explore HUIN's journey since 2002, from a glass packaging pioneer to becoming a leading comprehensive supplier in China.

New factory construction (planned for late 2025 to 2027): the new plant will cover an area of 82.51 mu (approximately 55,000 m²), and will undergo a comprehensive upgrade of its production model. It will adopt more advanced and environmentally friendly electric melting furnaces, and be equipped with AI-powered quality inspection systems as well as a fully automated high-bay warehouse, achieving a high level of automation across operations. The new production lines are expected to increase manufacturing efficiency by approximately 50% compared to the existing facilities.

We have upgraded our material traceability system to a blockchain architecture; this has not only enabled a comprehensive digital mapping of end-to-end processes but also significantly improved the efficiency of pinpointing anomalies, reducing the traceability response time from two days to just five minutes.

20th Anniversary Celebration. Today is Huin's birthday. We have gone through a 20-year journey since its establishment in 2002.

During the COVID-19 period, we participated in sourcing and coordinating essential materials for frontline healthcare support efforts.

As products with iridescent effects have become increasingly popular, we have added equipment such as iridescent electroplating machines.

We have established a dedicated procurement department to provide clients with a single, reliable sourcing channel, helping them fully leverage China's manufacturing advantages. We handle all local complexities, including supplier selection, multi-factory coordination, OEM/ODM sourcing support, end-to-end procurement management, as well as warehousing and consolidated shipping services.

We had implemented ISO 9001 quality management systems to support international production standards and meet growing EU and US market requirements.

Our family manufacturing network gradually expanded into multiple industries, including cosmetic machinery, display systems, audio equipment, renewable energy solutions, and packaging-related manufacturing. As global clients increasingly sought integrated supply chain solutions, we began consolidating manufacturing resources across our family-operated businesses to provide more complete production support for international customers.

We founded our mold factory in Guangzhou, China, giving the team strong control over tooling quality, speed and maintenance. A wide library of existing molds across bottles, jars and closures allows many projects to move quickly, while custom supports unique brand stories and shapes.

To continuously improve manufacturing standards, we carried out annual technical benchmarking against leading German and Japanese glass manufacturers.

We expanded into glass deep-processing and decoration, introducing advanced production equipment including screen printing systems, spray coating lines, gold decoration equipment, decal kilns, and electroplating systems.

With China's foreign trade experiencing rapid growth, glassware—an essential part of everyday life—has demonstrated tremendous potential in global markets. Jack learned traditional craftsmanship passed down from his father and founded a glassware manufacturing factory called HUIN.

Our story began in 1988, when our grandfather served as a technical team leader at Beijing Glass Works, one of China's earliest and most respected glass manufacturers. His dedication to craftsmanship and production excellence laid the foundation for our family's future in glass manufacturing.
